Baoding Jinfang Electronic Equipment Co.Ltd. is a developing enterprise who pruduces the high frequency,medium frequency and super-sonic frequency induction heating equipment and automatic control applied equipment for the fields of high frequency welded tube,fin tube,medium heating treatment,smelting braze welding,removing remainder gas from vacuum tube,reinforcing metal surface with metal-ceramic composite film etc.On the base of the first,second and third generation transistor high frequency technique our company together with the university developed the fourth one which remedies to a great extent the defects of the first three generations.It is noted for its advanced and stable performance.Its main advantage includes:
1.Parallel connection resonance and E species inverse transfornation bridge topology circuit,easy servicing,and broadadoption range to the load change,stadle working and high efficiency of output power.
2.Power adjustment adopts current and voltage closed loop feedback,which can provide a constant power output.
3.It adopts advanced DPL2 technique,which makes frequency capturing range equal to locking frequency range,and also adopts the frequency tracking and locking phase withtout discrepancy5KHZ-850KHZ frequency tracking.
4.Inverse transformation circuitcontrol adopts a zero voltage switch(zvs),which brings about more stable power supply,less switch wasting and a high efficiency(cosφ≈1).
5.Low resonance wave filtering drops A.C.network and outputting peak value of power adjusting circuit down to the lowest level.
6.Self-protection technique of exceeding limit of the frequency.
7.There is the function of checking faults and protection.
8.The equipment can display the working state(frequency,fault etc.)It makes operation and maintenance easy.
